Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We offer free shipping to the United States, but there is a $30 shipping fee to other areas or countries of the world. 

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day upon confirmation of payment. (If there are special circumstances, we will contact the customer to confirm the specific delivery time.) This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Before delivery, our engineer Nathan will send an email (from 306744850@qq.com ) to the customer to confirm the details of the wiring harness in the order. The harness will be shipped only after the customer confirms all the details.

International Deliveries
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here. After all orders are shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Delivery time: 4-8 business days
Shipping fee: Free shipping in US; $30 shipping fee other areas or countries of the world

4. TAXES
All product prices are inclusive of tax.
