Refund policy
We do not accept returns for non-quality issues. If you insist on returning the product, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with installation instructions, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@nathanwei.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
No returns will be accepted for non-quality issues.
1. Refund if not shipped
If the order is cancelled due to out of stock or other reasons before delivery, the handling fee charged by Shopify Payment Gateway will be borne by us and a full refund will be given. If the order is cancelled due to buyer's reasons, the handling fee charged by Shopify Payment Gateway will be borne by the buyer.
2. No returns if there are no quality problems within 30 days!
- The buyer applies for a refund due to product quality problems. After receiving the returned product, the engineer will check whether the product has quality problems. If there is indeed a quality problem, we will give a full refund (When refunding, because the fees deducted by gateways such as Shopify Payments is not returned to us, we will return the full amount actually received. And buyer pays for return shipping) .
- The buyer applies for a refund due to product quality problems. After receiving the returned product, the engineer will check whether the product has quality problems. If there are no quality problems, we only refund 70% of the payment (buyer pays for return shipping).
- There is no problem with the product quality, but the buyer insists on returning the product. After receiving the returned product and confirming that it has not been used, we will refund 80% of the payment (buyer pays for return shipping).
- If there is no problem with the product quality and the product has been used, refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Over 30 days, returns are not accepted, but free repair can be provided (buyer pays for round trip shipping).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
